Our Story
SRQ Robotics began with a focus on solving problems that commercial hardware couldn't touch. Our founder's roots at the CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) instilled a rigorous, research-first methodology into our engineering DNA.
What started as specialized consulting for underwater vehicles has evolved into a premier hardware engineering firm. We bridge the gap between theoretical robotics and robust, manufacturable products for harsh environments. We don't just prototype; we engineer for reality.

How We Work
A rigorous, phased methodology designed to de-risk complex hardware development from day one.
Scope & Specify
We define requirements, identify technical risks, and establish the system architecture. Deliverables include a detailed technical spec and project roadmap.
Design & Engineer
CAD modeling, PCB layout, and software architecture. We design for manufacturability (DFM) from the start, avoiding costly downstream redesigns.
Prototype
Rapid iteration using 3D printing, custom CNC machining, and rapid PCBA. We bring the design into the physical world for early testing.
Validate & Test
Rigorous environmental testing. Thermal, vibration, and functional testing to ensure the hardware meets specs in the intended environment.
Manufacture
Transition from prototype to low-volume production. Supply chain setup, assembly documentation, and quality control procedures.
Phased Fixed-Pricing
We structure projects into clear, fixed-price phases. This limits client risk and ensures alignment on deliverables before moving to the next capital-intensive stage.
NDA-Friendly
